ASMC Sequoyah Chapter


ASMC SEQUOYAH CHAPTER FUNDRAISING OFFICER(Volunteer)  Researches, develops, and presents an annual fundraising plan for the executive committee at the beginning of the executive year, to include timeframes, % of profit, and goals, that will ensure the Chapter to meet budgetary needs.  Ensures Chapter fundraisers are not held during Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), Oct-Dec timeframe, and Air Force Assistance Fund (AFAF) campaign, Mar-Apr timeframe. Upon approval by executive committee, plans and organizes each fundraising event during the executive year. Works closely with the Chapter Treasurer to ensure that all funds raised are deposited within two days of receipt.  Provides fundraising information and news to 3rd VP of Publicity to announce to the general membership/include in next newsletter. Maintains a history of each event, documenting total funds raised and member
participation.  May establish a small fundraising committee and will oversee all
